Neler silinir?

Silme akışı; Firebase Authentication hesabını, kullanıcı ve genel profilinizi, aktiviteleri, XP geçmişini, hedefleri, yol ilerlemesini, bildirimleri, arkadaşlıkları ve istekleri, grup üyeliklerini/davetleri, sohbet anahtarını ve gönderdiğiniz mesaj kayıtlarını, uygun meydan okuma kayıtlarını ve yüklediğiniz kullanıcı dosyalarını aktif sistemlerden kaldırmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Sahibi olduğunuz gruplar uygulama kurallarına göre silinebilir ve diğer üyelerin grup erişimi sona erebilir.

Ne kadar sürer?

Uygulama içi işlem normalde talep onaylandığında başlar. Destek üzerinden talepler kimlik doğrulamasından sonra uygulanabilir yasal süre içinde tamamlanır. Güvenlik yedekleri, sağlayıcı günlükleri veya hukuken saklanması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar döngüsel silme süresi boyunca kalabilir; olağan hizmette kullanılmaz ve erişimleri sınırlandırılır.

Hesap silme geri alınamaz. Yalnızca sağlık erişimini durdurmak istiyorsanız hesabı silmeden Health Connect veya Apple Health ayarlarından RivalUp iznini kaldırabilirsiniz.

Delete your RivalUp account

You can permanently delete your account and associated active data.

In the app

Sign in to RivalUp.
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Review the scope shown and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@rival-up.com from your registered account address. Additional information may be requested to verify ownership. Never email your password.

What is deleted?

The workflow is designed to remove the Firebase Authentication account, private and public profiles, activities, XP history, goals, journey progress, notifications, friendships and requests, group memberships/invitations, chat key and authored message records, eligible challenge records, and uploaded user files from active systems. Groups you own may be deleted under the product rules, ending access for other members.

How long does it take?

In-app deletion normally begins when you confirm. Support requests are completed after identity verification within the applicable legal period. Limited backups, provider logs, or legally required records may remain through their rotation period; they are restricted and not used in ordinary service.

Deletion cannot be undone. To stop health access only, revoke RivalUp in Health Connect or Apple Health instead of deleting your account.

Öffne Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen.
Prüfe den angezeigten Umfang und bestätige.

Schreibe von deiner registrierten E-Mail-Adresse an info@rival-up.com. Zur Identitätsprüfung können zusätzliche Angaben nötig sein. Sende niemals dein Passwort per E-Mail.

Was wird gelöscht?

Der Ablauf entfernt das Firebase-Authentifizierungskonto, private und öffentliche Profile, Aktivitäten, XP-Verlauf, Ziele, Journey-Fortschritt, Benachrichtigungen, Freundschaften/Anfragen, Gruppenmitgliedschaften/Einladungen, Chat-Schlüssel und eigene Nachrichten, geeignete Challenge-Daten sowie hochgeladene Nutzerdateien aus aktiven Systemen. Eigene Gruppen können nach den Produktregeln gelöscht werden, wodurch der Zugriff anderer Mitglieder endet.

Wie lange dauert es?

Die Löschung in der App beginnt normalerweise nach Bestätigung. Supportanfragen werden nach Identitätsprüfung innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist erledigt. Begrenzte Backups, Anbieter-Logs oder rechtlich erforderliche Daten können bis zur turnusmäßigen Löschung bestehen bleiben; sie sind eingeschränkt und werden nicht im normalen Dienst genutzt.

Die Löschung ist endgültig. Um nur den Gesundheitszugriff zu stoppen, widerrufe RivalUp in Health Connect oder Apple Health.
